HaiKe Chemical Group Limited (the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: HAIK) petrochemical, speciality chemical and biochemical business based in China, today announces that Mr. Raymond Wong has stepped down from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 September 2012.

The Board thanks Mr. Wong for his valuable contribution to the Company since his appointment on 1 July 2009 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company has begun the search for a successor. Upon the departure of Mr. Raymond Wong, Mr. Derek Marsh has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
