Liberty PLC29 April 2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE29th April 2008 LIBERTY PLC: CHANGE OF DIRECTORATE Liberty Plc ("Liberty"), the AIM-listed Regent Street retail emporium, todayannounces that Crispin Mardon, Finance Director, will be leaving the company topursue new opportunities. He is to be replaced by Paul Harris, who will jointhe Board of Liberty as Finance Director, from mid-May. Paul Harris has been Financial Controller of Liberty since joining in 2006.Previously, Paul held significant financial positions at Kurt Geiger andSelfridges & Co. He does not hold, nor has he held, any directorships over thepast five years.
