Mobile Streams plc17 April 2007 Mobile Streams Plc - Change of Directors Mobile Streams Plc ("Mobile Streams" or "the Company") announces today theappointment of James Colquhoun as Finance Director, with effect from theCompany's AGM on 21 May 2007. James will be replacing Jitesh Sodha who isleaving Mobile Streams to join a private equity business. James Colquhoun is a qualified Chartered Accountant of England and Wales, whojoined Mobile Streams in June 2006 as Group Financial Controller. Prior tojoining Mobile Streams, James was European Financial Controller at CinramInternational Inc, the largest producer of pre-recorded multi-media and relatedlogistic services. Jitesh will be joining Aloe private equity, which specialises in environmentalinvestments, to lead the growth of one of their investments.
