Pure Wafer PLC25 June 2007 25 June 2007 PURE WAFER PLC ("Pure Wafer" or "the Company") Board Change Swansea based Pure Wafer plc, the provider of high quality silicon wafer reclaimservices for many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, is pleasedto announce the appointment of Paul Dolan to the Board as a non-executivedirector, effective 25 June 2007. Paul, 55, joined Touche Ross as a chartered accountant in 1979, becoming apartner in 1980. He retired from the partnership in 2004 having specialised inaudit and assurance. Paul worked for over 20 years with listed and large private companies in thetechnology, distribution and manufacturing sectors. He has been involved in awide variety of matters including stock exchange listings, acquisitions,disposals, reconstructions and corporate governance issues.
