Felix Group PLC04 July 2006 Felix Group plc (the "Group") Board changes 4th July 2006 The Board of Directors of Felix Group plc (the "Board") announces that it hasaccepted the resignation of John Liwosz (Operations Director of Felix Group plc)with effect from 30th June 2006. The Board would like to thank John for hiscontribution to the business since he joined in September 2005 and wish him allthe best for the future. The Group also announces that Lynda Sherratt has been appointed as ManagingDirector of both Felix Group plc and Felix Corporation Limited with effect from1 July 2006. Lynda has been with the Group since October last year in her roleas Operations and Finance Director of Felix Corporation Limited. Commenting, Andy Egan, Chief Executive, said: "I would like to thank John for his considerable contribution to Felix and wishhim well for the future. I am delighted Lynda has accepted the role of ManagingDirector."
