ANNOUNCEMENT
Cosalt Plc has today agreed with Neil Carrick, Director, that his employment with the Company will terminate. Neil's contract of employment allows for 12 months notice, Neil is currently working his notice and the Company and Neil are discussing his departure date. A further announcement will be made in due course.
