Elementis plc (the "Company") - Notice of CEO's intention to retire in 2016 The Company announces today (19 May 2015) that its Group Chief Executive, DavidW. Dutro has expressed the desire to retire sometime in 2016. Mr. Dutro hasbeen with Elementis for 17 years and 2015 marks his ninth year as Group CEO. The Board is undertaking a search process from within and outside the Companyto identify and appoint a successor. Mr. Dutro remains focused on driving the Company's strategic and operatingplans and is committed to fully supporting the Board in managing a successfultransition.
