Dublin, London, 22 June 2017: C&C Group plc (the “Company”) announces that Kenny Neison has today notified the Board of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for personal reasons.

The Board expects to appoint an interim Chief Financial Officer shortly. The Board will initiate a process to appoint a permanent successor and will update on progress in due course.
