Board Changes
RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company"), announces that John Walsh, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.
Ian Molson, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to John for the very significant contribution he has made to RM2 both as CEO of the business from its inception and latterly as a Non-Executive Director. He leaves with our thanks and best wishes."
