Directorate Change

Comptoir Group Plc (AIM: COM), the owner and/or operator of Lebanese and Eastern Mediterranean restaurants, today announces that Mark Carrick, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board of his intention to resign. Mark will remain at the Company in his current role until 10th November 2020 to ensure an orderly handover of his role and responsibilities. The Board has begun a process to identify a successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
