MEIKLES LIMITED NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Meikles Limited wishes to advise shareholders that Mr B J Beaumont has resigned as the Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 30 September 2011. The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Beaumont for the valuable contribution he has made to the Group since he joined in 2009. Mr Beaumont has resigned to pursue his own business interests.
