Halma, the FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies, announces that Jo Harlow will step down as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 July 2026. The Board would like to thank Jo for her contributions during her nine-year tenure.
The following changes to Board and Committee responsibilities will take effect at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting:
· Sharmila Nebhrajani OBE will be appointed as Senior Independent Director; and
· Giles Kerr will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Further details will be set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, which will be published later this month.
