Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that with effect from 15th June 2020 the roles of Executive Chairman and Managing Director, which have been held on a combined basis by Ben Keswick since 31st December 2018, will revert to being separate roles. Ben Keswick will remain as Executive Chairman and John Witt, currently Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will join the Board and take on the role of Managing Director.
