APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Messrs Liu Guijin and Hendrik du Toit will be appointed as independent non-executive directors of Naspers with effect from 1 April 2016.

Mr Liu (69) is highly experienced in international affairs. He is the Dean of the China-Africa International Business School, Zhejiang Normal University and a past Chinese ambassador to South Africa (2001 -2007).

Mr du Toit (54) is the chief executive of Investec Asset Management and a director of Investec plc and Investec Ltd. He holds a MPhil in Economics and Politics of Development from Cambridge University and a MCom in Economics from Stellenbosch University.
