Directorate Change

Following its announcement on 4 September 2012 that Mark Whiteling would be joining the Company as its Chief Financial Officer on Nicholas Cadbury's departure, Premier Farnell plc announces that Mr Whiteling will join the Company as a Director in that role on 5 November 2012, when Mr Cadbury will step down from the Board. Mr Cadbury will leave the Company on 13 November 2012.
