DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Company announces that on 31 July 2017 Robert Sharpe tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, which will take effect from 31 October 2017. Robert has decided to step down from the Board following a review of his other directorships.

Danuta Gray, Interim Chairman of Aldermore Group PLC, commented, "The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Robert for his significant contribution over the past two years, in particular his valuable expertise in mortgage lending, and wish him every success for the future."

Robert Sharpe, Non-Executive Director of Aldermore Group PLC, said, "I have been delighted to work with the Board and management team over the last few years, and I wish them every success in the further development of the business."

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of LR 9.6.11.
