Directorate change
Corac (AIM: CRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Crawford to the Board as Finance and Commercial Director with immediate effect. Mark, aged 42, is a chartered accountant and has been a director of various companies, most recently being a director of Gondola Group Plc, where he was primarily responsible for managing the extensive supply chain. Mark started working with Corac last month.
Mark Crawford will, in his Finance Director capacity, replace Philip Newell. Philip has resigned with immediate effect and is leaving Corac to pursue other interests.
Gerry Musgrave, Executive Chairman of Corac, commented:
