Town Centre Securities PLC announces that Chris Kelly, Finance Director and Company Secretary, will be leaving the company by mutual agreement on 11 April 2014 to pursue other career opportunities.

Commenting Edward Ziff said:

"Chris has made a significant contribution during his four years with the Company, at a time when the UK economy and the property market have been challenging.
