Appointment of Director

The Board of Croma, the AIM listed surveillance security and homeland defence specialist, have today announced the appointment to the Board of a Director.

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of James Walker Sullivan, aged 40, to the Board. James is currently Managing Director of the avionics business R&D Design. He has taken charge of the technical aspects of group operations. 

James holds or has held the following directorships or been a partner in the following partnerships within the five years prior to this announcement:
