PageGroup plc - Change in Director's Details
PageGroup plc ("PageGroup") has been notified that Mr David Lowden, Chairman, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Huntsworth plc with effect from 1 January 2019 and will become Chairman of the Board of Huntsworth plc and of its Nomination Committee with effect from 6 March 2019.
PageGroup has also been notified that, as a result of this new appointment, David will step down as an Independent Non-Executive Director of William Hill PLC with effect from 4 March 2019.
