The Company announces that David Wood, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has given notice that with effect from 31 August 2021 he will be stepping down from his role on the board of directors of the Company.
The Board would like to thank David for his contribution and wish him every success in his future endeavours. The Board is actively seeking to appoint a director to succeed David Wood, together with an additional director for its succession planning.
