Xchanging is pleased to announce the appointment yesterday of Pat O'Driscoll as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee (the "Committee").
Pat O'Driscoll has been a member of the Committee since her appointment as a non-executive director of Xchanging on 3 November 2008. Pat succeeds Stephen Brenninkmeijer as Chairman and Stephen will continue as a member of the Committee.
