Directorate Change

The Company announces that Neil Stevenson has resigned as a director of the Company.

Neil joined Hambledon in 2005 and has been instrumental in commissioning and operating the mine, the plant and other ancillary parts of the project. His enthusiasm has been constant and he has made a substantial contribution to the development of Hambledon Mining. He has indicated his willingness to act as a consultant to the Company in the future.
