JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Hannah Philp as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st March 2020.
Ms. Philp has direct and relevant experience within the sector, particularly in the fields of marketing and communication. Ms. Philp was Director of Marketing at Witan Investment Trust, a FTSE 250 investment company, where she was responsible for the oversight of Witan's marketing and communications strategy, PR, website development, advertising, corporate sponsorship and digital campaigns. She was previously an Account Director within the investor relations team at Edison Investment Research.
Ms. Philp is CEO and Founder of ARC Club, a neighbourhood co-working space which aims to support UK professionals that work remotely. She has also held a number of voluntary posts.
She received a MA in Politics from the University of Glasgow and Masters in Social Sciences from the University of Oxford.
No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules for Ms. Philp.
