The Board of Directors of Target Healthcare REIT Limited today announce that Mr Ian Webster has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.
Mr Webster's appointment follows the retirement of Mr Graeme Ross as a Director, as previously announced, immediately following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 10 November 2016. The Board re-iterates its gratitude to Mr Ross for his valuable contribution to the Company during a period of considerable growth.
