Directorate change

The Board confirms that in line with the announcement made on 11 June 2008, Andrew Tyrie stepped down from the Board and the position of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 29 July 2008.

With immediate effect Michael Haan who joined the Board in November 2005, has been appointed to the position of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
