DQ Entertainment plc (AIM: DQE), a leading animation, gaming, live action, entertainment production and distribution company, announces that on 9 April 2015 it received notice from Mr. Kunchitapadam Balasubramanian of his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, due to personal reasons, from the next board meeting of the Company to be held on 27 May 2015. The Directors of DQE have identified a possible candidate to replace Mr. Balasubramanian and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
