25 November 2013 - Maidenhead, UK - SDL PLC ("SDL" or "the Company") today confirms, following the announcement on 15 October 2013, that Dominic Lavelle has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Board Member of the Company with immediate effect. He takes over as CFO from Matthew Knight who has held the role since April 2011.
The Board thanks Matthew Knight for his work and contribution to SDL and wishes him well for the future.
