Group Finance Director
Croda International Plc ('Croda' or 'the Company') confirms that following its announcement on 10 October 2014, Jez Maiden will join the Company as an Executive Director on 1 January 2015. Jez will succeed Sean Christie as Group Finance Director on 22 January, at which point Sean will step down from the Board. As previously announced, Sean will leave the Company at the end of April 2015.
There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
