RETIREMENT OF THE DIRECTORS
In terms of clause 30(b) of the Listing Agreement, we advise that consequent to retirement on superannuation, the term of office of Mr. R. Sridharan, Director of the Bank's Central Board under section 19(b) of the SBI Act 1955, has ended on 30.06.2011.
