Insetco announces that Mr Matthew Benjamin Krock has been appointed as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Krock, aged 32, started his career as a foreign currency dealer and, in 2007, became a financial consultant and analyst to an international mining and drilling contractor where he worked closely with the CFO.
In 2011, Mr Krock founded The Rule of 35 Ltd, a financial advisory and consultancy business to high net worth individuals. In 2013, Mr Krock was appointed the finance director to Private Trading Systems plc responsible for managing the restructuring of the business and the implementation of a new sales and marketing strategy.
