Falkland Islands Holdings PLC03 April 2006 Monday 3rd April 2006 Falkland Islands Holdings plc Directorate Change Falkland Islands Holdings plc ("FIH"), an AIM quoted company operating (throughits subsidiaries) a range of businesses in the Falkland Islands, and thePortsmouth Harbour Ferry Company in the UK, announces that on 31 March 2006 TonyKnightley stood down as Finance Director of the Group. Mr Knightley, who is 56 years old, has left FIH after many years of highlyvalued service for personal reasons in order to pursue other interests and tospend more time with his family. The board of FIH are very grateful to MrKnightley for his contribution and extend their best wishes to him and hisfamily for the future. Mr Knightley's responsibilities for finance will beassumed by Managing Director John Foster who is a chartered accountant and haspreviously held the position of Finance Director in a number of UK listed publiccompanies.
