Change of Board
As of 29 April 2009, Michael Binney, Adrian Ma and Ruby Lee have resigned from the board. Ruby Lee has also resigned as Company Secretary.
The new appointees are Barry Pettitt, as CEO and acting Chairman, Wade Hopkins, as Executive Director, and Michael Simon, as a Non-Executive Director and acting Company Secretary.
