Re Directorate and Appointment of Broker

Norcros, the home consumer products group, announces that it has appointed Mr Vijay Aggarwal as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Aggarwal is the Managing Director of H. & R. Johnson (India) Ltd, a company in India in which the Group previously had a direct interest. H. & R. Johnson (India) Limited is the parent of Lifestyle Investments Pvt. Ltd., a major shareholder of Norcros plc. There are no other matters in connection with the appointment of Vijay Aggarwal to be disclosed under paragraph LR9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

The Group also announces that it has appointed, with immediate effect, Oriel Securities as its sole broker.
