Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that on 23 June 2011, David Smallridge transferred 729,734 ordinary shares to his civil partner. Following the transfer, David Smallridge continues to have an interest in 729,734 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.25% of the total voting rights in the Company.

In addition, on 24 June 2011, Alan Dix transferred 136,799 ordinary shares to his wife. Following this transfer, Alan Dix continues to have an interest in 566,334 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.97% of the total voting rights in the Company.
