VANE announces that as a result of the placing and admission of new ordinary shares in the Company completed yesterday, and as announced on 6 September, Matthew Idiens, Commercial Director, is now interested in 13,305,880 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.47 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of the Company and Sir Richard Needham, Chairman, is interested in 750,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of the Company.
