NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 5 AND DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
On 26 June 2015 Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that PDI Investment Holdings had transferred 16,292,256 ordinary shares in the Company to Stabilis Investment Holdings Limited on 24 June 2015 at a price of 58.0p per share. |
Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in PDI Investment Holdings. Stabilis Investment Holdings Limited, is a connected party of Louis Norval but he does not have a beneficial interest in it. Following the transaction the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 178,306,758.
