The Company was informed on 2 July 2014 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, have on 1 July 2014 purchased 139,214 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.125 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 18,148,936 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
