Newmark Security PLC26 January 2006 Newmark Security PLC (the "Company") Director Shareholdings The Company has today been informed that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek(through his 51% owned company, Arbury Inc.) and non-executive Director AlexReid both purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares respectively in the Companyyesterday at 1.2p per share. Arbury Inc. and Alex Reid now hold 38,069,467 and58,833,237 shares respectively, which represent 10.2% and 15.7% respectively ofthe current issued share capital.
