CH Bailey plc ("the Company"), announces that it has been notified today that Mr Charlie Bailey, a director of the Company, has purchased 12,192 ordinary shares in C H Bailey at 200 pence per share. This transaction was effected on 23 May 2013.

Following this transaction Mr Charlie Bailey beneficially owns 5,277,686 Ordinary shares representing 69.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
