DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company was informed that today, Rachel Tongue, Chief Financial Officer of Games Workshop, transferred 200 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £90.67 per share into an ISA.
As a result Mrs Tongue's ultimate beneficial interest remains at 9,561 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
