Mr. Sinclair's non-beneficialholding in the Company is now as follows: Non-Beneficial(including those of his wife and family) Previous 312,300 (8.00%)Less Viewthorpe 25,000New 287,300 (7.37%) Mr. Sinclair's beneficial holding remains the same.
