Director Shareholding

Hambledon was advised today that Mr Christopher Thomas, a Director of Hambledon, today acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 9.25p per share.

Accordingly, Christopher Thomas now has an interest in 2,997,366 ordinary shares representing 0.64 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
