Yoomedia PLC26 April 2005 YooMedia Plc ("YooMedia" or "the Company") Director Shareholding The Company announces that on 22 April 2005, under the rules of the UnapprovedExecutive Share Option Scheme, the Company's remuneration committee granted JohnSwingewood, a director, options over 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany, at an exercise price of 16.25 pence.
