Director's shareholding

The Company has been today notified that Mr Steven Bertram, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 115,170 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.33 per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 4.25 pence per share. 

Following the above purchase, Mr Bertram holds 141,314 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.40 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
