Celtic PLC25 April 2007 CELTIC PLC Directors Dealing Celtic plc ("the Company") was notified on 23 April 2007 that the Tom AllisonRetirement Benefit Scheme, a connected person of the Company's non-executiveDirector, Tom Allison, acquired 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in thecapital of the Company, at a price of 57 pence per share on 20 April 2007. MrAllison is a beneficiary of the retirement scheme. Following the transaction, Mr Allison will be interested, directly as anindividual and through this connected person, in 455,000 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 0.56% of the issued capital in that class and 0.46% of overallvoting rights.
