Director Shareholding

Nasstar, the cloud service provider, has today been notified that Lord Daresbury (Chairman) has today transferred 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.51p per Ordinary Share from his personal ownership to a trust (James Hay Pension Trustees SIPP Account), a trust of which Lord Daresbury is a beneficiary (the "Transfer").

Lord Daresbury's overall beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged following the Transfer.
