Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (AIM: RRF), announces that on 4 May 2010, 12,500 ordinary shares in the Fund ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from an estate of which Susie Farnon, a non-executive director of the Fund, is an executor and beneficiary, to a company beneficially owned by Susie Farnon.

As a result of this transfer, Susie Farnon is directly interested in 62,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Fund's total voting rights, and no longer has an indirect interest in the Fund.
