Thistle Mining Inc.10 July 2006 Thistle Mining Inc ('the Company') Director acquires shares 10 July 2006 Thistle Mining Inc (AIM:TMG) was informed today that Lord Lang of Monkton, the Chairman and a shareholder of the Company, acquired 60,000 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 18 pence a share for a total consideration of £10,800. This purchase brings Lord Lang's interested holding in the Company to 60,500 Common Shares, representing 0.13% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
