Tasty PLC21 September 2006 Tasty plc ("the Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING The Company was notified on 21 September 2006 by Adam Kaye, a non-executivedirector of the Company, that as a result of his marriage on 17 September 2006,his beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 5,226,742 ordinaryshares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 22.94 percent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. Prior to this notification, Mr A.
